Shot put

What I want to achieve in shot put:
I want to throw it far. Like further than 7 metres.

How I currently feel in shot put:
I feel confident in shot put like I don't try to fail on purpose.

Long Jump and Triple Jump

Try my best at Triple Jump because I haven't done it before and try not land on my backside on Long Jump.
