Iqbal lost many of his human rights. One was the right of freedom. By being unable to freely walk or leave the workplaces. Because Iqbal was forced to work 12 hours a day and he couldn't leave the factory at all. Iqbal's loss of freedom was one of the many human rights he lost.
Another human right Iqbal lost was the right to education. By not being able to write or read. Like how Maria was the only slave that could read. It is very unfair that Iqbal's, and many others, right to education was taken from them.
One last human right Iqbal lost, even though there are more, was the freedom of expression. The workers couldn't express how they feel in fear of getting tortured or more. They couldn't express that they were tired, because of a long days work. or hungry, from only running on one meal at 4 or 5 in the morning. And then he had one last meal before bed that he hardly got nutrient's by. It is unfair that Iqbal and the others lost freedom of expression.
